Cherry Blossom Time

Sometimes I just need to slow down and notice things....

Like the cherry blossoms...

I missed this one on the way down to the studio this afternoon, so the sun was casting shadows of the hill.

But I still needed to share...love the brightness of the pink against the green landscape...perfection!

Postage Stamp Quilt

We're off...again!  After a bit of a hiatus due to a rather large "gather" in the backing, the Postage Stamp Quilt is back on the machine.

And there are only six very LONG seams to do....

Think I can get her done this weekend...along with the binding sewn on the front...all ready for the final stages of handsewing....

I surely hope so!
